Tasting Notes
Rich, golden hay colored in the glass, the nose is fragrant with Gravenstein apple, lemon meringue and pear crumble. The palate is weighty with balancing acidity and polished mouthfeel, flavors of pastry crust, citrus cream and toasted almonds weave together in a long, seamless finish.

Winemaker Notes
Whole cluster pressed to tank and cold settled overnight, then racked off heavy solids into barrel. Fermentations were 100% indigenous for both primary and secondary fermentation. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation, we lees stirred each barrel weekly until the texture and natural acidity were in perfect harmony.
