MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Once a “Paradise Found” Wine Club member, I authorize Paradise Ridge Winery to charge my credit card once per year for wine & shipping charges. Membership begins with your first wine shipment. This year we anticipate shipping in March or September just in time for holiday gifts. Members may cancel at any time after the first case purchase shipments; however, cancellation must be received in writing prior to the first day of each shipping month. By submitting my membership application, I acknowledge that I am over the age of 21, and I understand an adult signature will be required for all wine deliveries.
