MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Once a “Paradise Found” Wine Club member, I authorize Paradise Ridge Winery to charge my credit card four times per year for wine & shipping charges. Membership begins with your first wine shipment. This year we anticipate shipping in February, May, September & November – just in time for holiday gifts. Members may cancel at any time after the first four shipments; however, cancellation must be received in writing prior to the first day of each shipping month. By submitting my membership application, I acknowledge that I am over the age of 21, and I understand an adult signature will be required for all wine deliveries.
